Three to four bedrooms, sleeping six to eight comfortably. The fourth room works as a bedroom, a study or an extra sitting room depending on the group.
Exact sleeping arrangements are confirmed once the survey and photographs are done.
Yes. The pool is not shared and not overlooked, with a terrace and loungers alongside it.
The nearest beach at Pyla / CTO is five to ten minutes away by car, and the Larnaca seafront and Finikoudes are around fifteen. Driving times are approximate and assume normal traffic.
A car is worth having here. There is off-street parking on the plot, and the beach, the airport and Larnaca itself are all short drives. Village shops and tavernas are about two minutes away.
